The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a clean and well-supplied bathroom. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of everything in the town center, including the Great Smoky Mountains Railroad. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts were tasty with convenient hours.

Cleanliness was excellent; the rooms, bathrooms, and lobby were all very clean. The hotel facilities were great, with large rooms, comfortable beds, and well-appointed bathrooms.- Convenient location in the town center, close to everything in town and within walking distance of some very good restaurants.- The staff at the front desk were accommodating and allowed us to check in early.

The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good variety of grab and go options.
