The location of this hotel is fantastic - set away from the village, you can walk to shops and restaurants for dinner. Additionally, it is close to both Carmel by the Sea and Big Sur, providing easy access to the sea and beautiful coastal views. The staff is warm and friendly, ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

We loved the serene and quiet atmosphere of the hotel. The pool and jacuzzi area were inviting and clean, with lovely cabanas added. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The Carmel Valley Lodge is a charming complex with cozy buildings overlooking beautiful gardens and a pool. The staff was nice and helpful. The rooms had rustic decor and each had a cute little name. I stayed in the Acacia room on the second floor, which had a balcony with chairs to enjoy the view. The bed was large and comfortable, and waking up to a view of the hills was wonderful. The hotel's location in a rural area was perfect for a peaceful getaway.
